Dom Polito, Director Corporate Partnerships & Premium Hospitality, Cleveland Indians


Dom Polito

Dom Polito is a native of Euclid, OH graduating from Lake Catholic High School in 2000 prior to attending Xavier University where he graduated in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management.

He began his Indians career during the 2005 season as a Fan Services Team Member before moving into a part-time ticket sales position shortly thereafter.

Upon the completion of the ’05 season he was promoted into a full-time role selling Group Tickets within the Indians inaugural Group Sales department where he built great relationships into thousands of group tickets annually for the team.

Following 2008, Polito was promoted to Account Executive within Corporate Partnerships selling team inventory including but not limited to: ballpark signage, The Cleveland Indians Radio Network, Online, Digital & Social media to local and national entities.

Some of his accounts included KeyBank, Stanley Black & Decker, Smucker’s, Wayside Furniture, Kia Motors and New Era Cap.

Polito was elevated into a management position in October of ’15 as Assistant Director, Corporate Partnerships & Premium Hospitality before jumping to Director, Corporate Partnerships & Premium Hospitality in January of 2017.

Developing people, processes, and business strategies that directly impact the ability of the Indians Business Operations to support a baseball team capable of winning the World Series are his day to day priorities. Dom and his wife Sarah have three children Dominic Jr. 5, Natalia 3, & Nadia 2.
